11/29/2016 Making New GainsI was kind of a "hardgainer" (a skinny kid) as a teenager. I was a little bit self-conscious about my body because I wanted to be a little bit bigger and stronger. Once I got a little older (around my senior year of high school) a friend of mine introduced me to bodybuilding. I was hooked pretty quickly. I started training 4-5 times a week and also began eating more so I could get big. One of the more interesting things I tried was the "gallon of milk a day" diet. If you haven't heard of it, it's just what it sounds like--you drink an entire gallon of whole milk every day. That will really add some serious calories and protein to your diet! I gained about 15 pounds of muscle in that first year of working out. I was starting to feel more confident and I saw that my lifts were consistently improving. It was an incredibly rewarding journey and I have really enjoyed seeing what my body could do or could become with proper training and nutrition. But I did notice that after a few years the gains started slowing down. I was wondering if I had just reached my limit or if there were more advanced strategies I should be looking into. That's when I found this MI40x real review (http://MI40xReview.net). I had heard about Ben Pakulski before and even seen him on some different bodybuilding websites. But when I watched him on YouTube and saw how he talked about lifting weights I knew I had to learn more. I ordered this program where I learned about "CEP training" (which stands for cell expansion protocol). I have not looked back since experimenting with Ben's techniques. I have started making gains again (not like newbie gains, but gains nonetheless) and I have seen continued improvements in my physique. MI40x is the real deal if you are looking to learn ways to make new gains in both mass and in your strength levels. |
